New Plans & Pricing - 2023

On average, the price increase is 10% across the plans with some exceptions as highlighted below:

• The ‘Development’ plan is increased to €12
• The ‘Professional’ tier plans in GBP (£) currency are increased by 15%

All other plans/sellables including storage, user licenses, etc. are increased by 10%

The new prices are effective from Jan 1st, 2023. Please note that your Invoices and other areas of the Console would be updated with the new pricing on Jan 3rd.

Because of the foreign exchange volatility, we had to adjust our professional tier prices up to 15% on average on GBP versus the other currencies.

We are going to introduce 6 new plans to expand the range of use cases we support. The essential plan is a new entry-level production plan introducing a lower-cost alternative for smaller workloads. In addition, the new high-memory plans will allow you to utilize more memory without needing to upsize the CPU resources.

Here are the 6 new plans with their resource limits:

1. Essential - 0.65 vCPU & 0.65 GB RAM
2. Standard (High Mem) - 1 vCPU & 2 GB RAM
3. Medium (High Mem) - 2 vCPUs & 4 GB RAM
4. Large (High Mem) - 4 vCPUs & 8 GB RAM
5. XL (High Mem) - 8 vCPUs & 16 GB RAM
6. 2XL (High Mem) - 16 vCPUs & 32 GB RAM

Currently, when containers need more memory than their plan has to offer, the project needs to upgrade to the next large plan that increases the limit of both CPU & Memory resources overall. With the introduction of these high-memory plans, you can now upgrade your projects to one of these plans to scale the memory independently. This allows your containers to utilize the additional memory allocated without increasing CPU resources. Also, adding memory resources independently to your containers is cheaper than upgrading your plan to the next highest one.
