Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Participation

1.1. Participation in the competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older and who are customers of Platform.sh or Upsun.com.
1.2. Participation is limited to one entry per individual for each method of entry specified in Clause 2.

2. Methods of Entry

2.1. ‘Survey Feedback: To participate, entrants must submit feedback regarding either Autoscaling or Project Creation features using one of the designated feedback forms (autoscaling feedback) or (project creation feedback) . Eligible entrants will be entered into a random draw for the prize described in Clause 3.1.
2.2. : ‘Interview Feedback’: To participate, entrants must book a 30minute chat with our product team directly to provide more feedback and insights into that customer's needs.
2.3 Entrants can participate in both Survey Feedback and Interview Feedback

3. Prizes

3.1. The prize for the Survey Feedback consists of a $250 (two hundred fifty United States dollars) Amazon gift card.
3.2. The prize for the Interview Feedback consists of a $50 (fifty United States dollars) Amazon gift card.
3.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.4 Winner(s) can elect instead of receiving the prize to make an equivalent donation to globalgiving.org.

4. Duration of the Competition

4.1. The competition will commence on November 27th and conclude on December 20th 2024.
4.2. For the Survey Feedback, only entries received by the closing date will be considered.
4.3. For the Interview Feedback, feedback calls must be booked and completed before entrants are eligible for the Prize Allocation in accordance with Clause 5.3.

5. Selection of Winners and Prize Allocation

5.1. Survey Feedback: A winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
5.2. The winner of the Survey Feedback will be notified via email within 3 business days following the draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at Platform.sh's sole discretion.
5.3. Interview Feedback: Participants who successfully book and complete a feedback call will automatically receive their prize within 10 business days of their feedback call.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Platform.sh reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms.
6.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to provide genuine and relevant feedback.
6.3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Platform.sh Privacy Policy.
